TarotDew is built to need as little about you as possible. There is no sign-up, no email and no password, and we show no ads.

What stays in your browser

• Free birth charts and calculators (birth chart, Moon, Rising and Venus signs, numerology, synastry) are calculated on your device. Your birth date, time and place are not sent to us for these tools.
• Your daily-card history, streak and saved birth profile are kept in your browser's local storage. Clearing site data removes them.

What we store on our servers

• An anonymous account ID in a cookie, so your daily limits, readings and purchases follow you on this device.
• Readings you ask for: the question you typed, the cards drawn and the written reading. Free readings are deleted after 2 days; Plus members keep a history they can delete.
• Reports: when you generate a PDF report or a Plus personal horoscope, your birth data is used for that request only and is not stored. We keep the finished report text (which includes your placements and the name you entered) so you can download it again.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive a customer ID, subscription status and the country of your card; we never see or store card numbers.
• A recovery key is shown once after you pay. It is the only way to restore your purchases on another device; we keep only a hash of it.

Sensitive questions

If a question mentions self-harm, a medical emergency, or legal or financial danger, we do not draw cards for it and show support resources instead. These questions are not used to train any model.

Services we use

• Vercel (hosting) and a Postgres database (data storage), in the United States.
• Stripe (payments).
• An AI text model via OpenRouter to write readings. Only your question and the drawn cards are sent, with no account ID.
• Google Analytics 4 with page paths cleaned of personal data, to count visits and conversions.

Delete everything

On your account page, “Delete my data” erases your readings, reports and account on our servers and clears this browser. Active subscriptions should be cancelled first; Stripe keeps payment records as the law requires.

Children

TarotDew is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can access, correct or delete your data using the account page. Questions can be sent through the contact link in the footer once it is published.
